CASP provides free 1:1 literacy tutoring to students in K-5th grade reading below grade level whose families have limited financial resources. Utilizing a research and evidence-based curriculum, UFLI Foundations, our program is designed to assess and address each student’s specific literacy needs.

Students meet with trained volunteer tutors in a safe, supervised environment for 45 minutes two times/week. CASP offers tutoring at its administrative office as well as in partnership with various community agencies and organizations. Students are assessed by CASP personnel and all tutoring materials are provided by CASP.
